Therapeutic Massage
Reduce pain & tension with a therapeutic massage. Whether from a chronic injury that has never fully resolved or spending your days hunched over a desk, we can work to restore range of motion, reduce chronic pain and relax at the same time.
Swedish Massage
Rest, relax & unwind with a full body Swedish massage. This is the perfect solution when you feel the weight of the world pressing down on your shoulders and need a mini vacation away from modern life to relax deeply.
Sports Massage
Improve performance & recover faster with a sports massage. Athletes continually damage muscle through strenuous workouts, often building scar tissue on top of previous injury and adhesions. Reduce muscle soreness, increase range of motion and improve physical performance.
Kyle Bisch, LMT
I draw on 26 years of endurance sports experience and my therapeutic massage training from Bodymechanics School of Myotherapy & Massage to help patients reduce or relieve chronic pain and discomfort from work, sports or accidents.
After transitioning to massage therapy from a computer job mid-pandemic, I discovered deep satisfaction in providing lasting pain relief to patients. My unique style mixes Swedish, pin and stretch, Thai stretching, PNF stretching, dynamic cupping and focused deep tissue for a relaxing and effective massage.
When not working I’m enjoying life with my wife and three children, running, or planning my next ultra-running trail adventure somewhere in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. This photo was taken near the Butte Camp and Loowit Trails intersection on Mt. St. Helens.
“I highly recommend Kyle as a massage therapist. He is professional, personable, and has great technique. For years I have been getting monthly massages at a membership spa. Now that I have found Kyle I will be switching over to him. He has a great touch; is able to dig into the spots that need attention while still making it relaxing and refreshing.”

“Every now and then I get a little carried away doing yard work. My lower back and legs get some pretty good aches and pains. Working with Kyle he has helped immensely in both minimizing the pain and helping for a faster recovery. He is very professional and his work environment is clean and neat. I would recommend him for any aches and pains that you might have.”
